might just be a planetary ring system.... orbital ice particles, usually. it looks a little too fuzzy to be a single discreet structure. Or it could be some sort of cloud-based wake from lots of vehicles traveling through a ground-to-space launch corridor.

That thing in the sky look like a megastructure, an orbital ring circumfereing the entire planet! Isaac Arthur on YouTube have several episodes about megastructures, including orbital rings. π
