Well-of-souls.com Delisted by Google Search
🕑 Added 2022-04-14 01:47:11 +0000 UTCSeveral of you let me know that recently well-of-souls.com can no longer be found in Google Search rankings. I looked into it, and it does appear that my website was automatically delisted in March because there are things they don't like about the way I link pages... apparently they think I'm some kind of "scam" site using redirects to "steal" page views. Never mind that this site has been in operation for more than 20 years.
I'll look into what is required to fix this... when I have the moral and emotional strength to suffer exposure to the hubris and the abject stupidity of Google.

its the problem of centralization of control.. as AI search engines get better and google further pushes to be the internet, this will only get worse. it may be time to switch to an open source decentralized search engine.

I think google is forcibly decomposing the internet into just a few websites, its been commercialized to hell and back. A lot of old sites I used to view no longer work correctly or disappeared. I miss the days of the early internet before social media. I love reading Outsider, I'd give you a million bucks if I could.
