I was certain that Spiral had a death flag from when she and Talon explained the Loroi concept of fate. I am saddened that I was proven right and that Reed was caught into it as well.

Well, I am guessing that Spiral finally got her stored bad luck caught up to her. Kinda sad. And judging by the top area of one of the corpses being flat (assuming if its laid face down with her hand pressed below), pretty gruesome as well. *decided to take another look and her head might be there based on sketch, but her right arm might have been severed.)
