(Editing after I saw the sketch #1 where you said less tf ideas) You have also mentioned being unsure of how much slob people want (imo go as hard as you can), but you might do a simple sketch with like 6 versions, each getting nastier, then ask people which was their favorite and if any was too much Just a big ol diverse list of character ideas: Starfire, Ochako Uraraka, nami/robin, Mercedes (Fire emblem), black widow, anyone from overwatch tbh, princess peach/daisy/rosalina, Kairi from K.H. annnnnd peggy from King of the hill

Ooh maybe you can do more slob transformations. Like a really skinny influencer becomes a fat slob nerd. Or a chubby nerd becomes a gigantic fat bimbo. I also love the way you draw fat faces. So anything to do with that would be nice too.

If we’re talking like a characters from already existing IP’s then I think like Panam Palmer from Cyberpunk 2077 or Saeko Mukoda from Like a Dragon 8 would benefit mostly since your art is more grounded in depiction of fat and general anatomy. Both those IP’s have a more grounded style of art rather than anime or the likes.
