With some feedback from Reddit I've found two bugs that caused endless loops during street encounters and at the police station. Here's a new version with a hotfix.

Found a couple of bugs. After the police station, you keep the "tied with your arms up status" even after being released. Also in the gym, the event with Holger and the two other guys ends with a dead end (no link to continue)
