I don't have experience with all of these creators but I have subbed to a few in the past. Creature Armory is much like Prey. They do larger 75 to 100mm figures. None are designed for gaming. Heresy Lab does War hammer models exclusively I believe. The printing goes ever on does mostly Lord of the rings themed models, but they are well suited for most fantasy games. Onepagerules does both fantasy(mummies, lizard men, etc) and sci-fi (alien creatures with guns) models. Again, not designed for a specific game. Asgard Rising has Norse themed models suitable for fantasy or historical games.
Unfortunately I don't know 🙂
