Yeah sorry to say but I have to agree the first WIP was way better proportion wise and especially the chest! But as you say it is still a work in progress!

Also chest muscles in the armor are def needed. It helps to make him look more imposing. And adds to the signature look of the gargoyle armor.

First WIP was better. This looks like iron man even if you didn’t say anything. The broader shoulders on the original WIP was better. The smaller forehead was also imo better. Idk. He’s got that Angela 5head here.

Looks great!! Will he have swappable heads (one with the mask and one showing his face)? Thank you for so many wonderful statues!! TMNT and GARGOYLES are two of my favorite things!!
Ctrl+Z! Looks like an obvious Iron Man kit-bash. Needs the brauder chest and shoulders and sculpted pectoral muscles from the WIP. Please and thank you!
