the things that you've pointed out about Maye's game kinda scare me, I see the potential and I still think he's worth the pick but he doesn't do what Herbert did for me or Stroud. I wonder how the tape has affected your take on him as a prospect

For the Ineligible Receiver Downfield rule in college, it's three yards downfield. And it doesn't apply if the ball is thrown behind the LOS, even if it's a forward pass. In reference to the play around 9:30^
