Hmmm. So we're left wondering if bad lipstick woman made the baker's dough rise. She sounds like the perfect candidate for the fugly barmaid with a wart on her nose and one or two very prominently missing teeth. Or maybe the rough and tumble fishwife??? Nose ring chick right after rat man does kind of look like the cousin C-Milk's family doesn't want to talk about. Red bag EMT guy really has a couple of goatskin bags of mead in that bag. Because why not? I'd definitely have had to hit the road when the sun went down. Never been to a Ren Faire, precisely. Closest was a day trip to Belvoir Castle in Leicestershire, England back in the 90s. It's about 45 minutes east of Nottingham. They had some of the booths where you could buy touristy medieval stuff and they did have live jousting. The classic good knight versus bad knight scenario. Pretty realistic SCA-type jousting and fighting. Those guys were whacking the crap out of each other. Entertaining. Real armor with plenty of padding underneath (armor had dents) and well-choreographed.
