Blue cheese is mostly called green mold in Sweden. The stronger ones i agree is mostly for cooking. We have a very nice mild one in Sweden Kvibille grädd ädel =Kvibille cream nobel cheese. That is good on crackers and will cure your cold better than TCM. Also makes a mean pasta sauce with ham Mushrooms and leak and the thick sour cream we have in Sweden.
