Um, guys, it's "von Mee-sis" not "von My-sis". 🤦 So the whole mice rant was embarrassing. I understand Italian vowel pronunciation (https://www.thoughtco.com/how-to-pronounce-italian-vowels-2011142) is the basis for most words using a Latin alphabet _outside_ of the U.S.
