well, rating attractiveness and rating people is a bit different. For the purpose of explaining someone had fake-attractive photoshopped pics of themselves it makes sense to "go from a 6 to a 10". It's very subjective though, and worrying what attractiveness rating someone gives you only makes sense if you intend to date them.
