Do you really mean he had plack. That the soft stuff. It usually hardens to "tooth stone" we call it in Sweden but translation say "tartar" or "Scale". Seen and heard worse. I worked for a medical laser company and the boss delighted in telling disgusting stories at lunch. Like what they do if they can't get fiber in your wang to shoot the kidney stones or an in depth description of a laser treatment for genital warts. He brought moose teeth to work for the doctors to train on with the tooth laser.

I'm familiar with Price Chopper from living in rural upstate NY. Amazing that even they have a no onion / garlic section. Not eating onion, garlic or eggs is a Buddhist / Hindu practice among meditators, they are termed "black" foods which increase passions and interfere with meditative equilibrium. YOU ARE TRUE, I have visited plenty of places outside US borders where it is difficult to find uncontaminated food (+ water and air).
