A lot of shills and detractors say "you guys had to leave China years ago (around 2018), and you don't know how much better it is now in terms of development, cleanliness, and overall beauty. Everything is so much better now."
We know, based on people still there, and how much money and time China dedicates to a fake image for people abroad in propaganda, that this is probably not true.
We picked three completely random places to look at in modern, 2021-2024 Baidu street view images to see if that's true.
You guys be the judge.

I started Google maps and played around Dropped down in Flushing NY. An yes, it looks like China. A bit cleaner and better maintained but even the cables chaos is the same and every sign in Chinese.
