My crazy neighbor war in China was.... The upstairs apartment always banged and sounded like they were throwing plates or just obnoxious behavior... Then I knocked and asked if they can keep it down a little bit (at 2 am on a weekday) Everything seemed fine, but the next morning my door lock had glue in it, and we had to get a lock smith to come replace it XD

But yeah, no, the "can't show on main" pertains to off-topic discussion and the occasional gross clip, not death footage or gore. This has been clarified a few times, but people do get confused by it still.
