Podcast on the main channel after a three week break is a bad, bad idea. Youtube is gonna absolutely wreck you in the algorithm with <3% clickthrough after a hiatus. You were better off releasing a shorter video or something. You really need to work with someone who understands youtube, your reach is really underperforming lately, and it's not because of quality. Post polls, engage with fans, produce content in advance, hire a producer and release a second smaller video, make decent merch, setup a discord etc etc. I'm just some random dude on patreon, what do I know, but you really gotta consider working with a professional because these mistakes cost you tens of thousands.
