I watched Time team in the 90s to the end. It's an honour to support something that supported me through difficult times. And combined with Sir Tony reading Pratchett I have everything that's helped me. So I suppose I'm also thanking my fellow patrons as well for giving a chance for this legendary show to come back!

Yes me too, I live in New Zealand and all my life wanted to be an archeologist. Am a scientist and archeology only a lifelong dream but Time Team makes you feel like you are there as it all happens in front of you

I am so happy to do my part to make Time Team an ongoing institution that will bring others the joy that it’s brought me! It’s such a beautiful thing to see archaeology brought alive for communities. As others have said, the news of Time Team’s return is a bright light in such such a dark year!

Fairly miserable year so far. Then a possible return of Time Team. That has completely changed my outlook on 2020. Very good news indeed. Fingers crossed here that everything pans out and we get to see some old faces and new ones demonstrating how important archeology is to our understanding of our country and its past. Just brilliant!!!!!
