Kenfig!!!! Oh Please. The episode only scratched the surface (no pun) and with the promise of possible "intact" Medieval settlements buried in sand...how can we not know more. It was even mentioned that it was possibly as preserved as Pompeii. Goodness. Also Tim - these sites sound wonderful, can't wait.

Andy Pryce

Would be useful if the Patreon app was available on Amazon FireTV Stick!

Karen Kelsky

Please oh please not more roman villas.... I'll love anything you do but all the other options jsut fire the imagination so much more!

Kay Silkey

Greetings from Kansas. Love Time Team. I have learned so much about my mother country. My Mom’s paternal line left England about1645 from Lincolnshire. Spending my time reading the Time Team books. Also those written by Francis and Mick.

Melissa Rybb

Oh, yes to Viking site, especially because of possible link to colonial US! Plenty of us Americans here and maybe a visit to the US town for us after covid, even without archeology there, would be a nice way to connect ourselves to the dig site.

M.E. Burnes

Aw, that’s not true. There is a lot, but it’s not European. Grew up in S IL, about 20 minutes from Cahokia Mounds, and I know Indiana also has some mounds. Your state government has done into, but you can choose your fav search engine, and look as well. https://www.in.gov/dnr/historic/2827.htm

Darla Goebel

Hi, I'm from Indiana as well. You are correct there is nothing to dig here.

High Street Pictures

excited to have you all back with us! looking forward this time around to possibly help make it happen!

Valentina Mckinley

Hello from Indiana. The home of NO archeology because nothing interesting has EVER happened here. Would love to see Ian P on the team. The unsung digger.

Patti McCarthy

Hello from California! Happy and honored to be supporting our beloved Time Team! Let's get digging!

Emily Flotilla

Greetings from Michigan!

Don Allen

Howdy from Texas. Pleased to be a supporter of my favorite program of all time.

Jeff Cole

Is Phil coming back?

Bob Junior

At the time its uncertain if he will join TT. He did wish them best of luck though

Bart Remeeus

i really hope the 5k subscriber goal will be met but it might be a step too far in the given time, however the advertisement on the classic channel of this opportunity has increased which certainly did good in the numbers. I hope this will be continued so the goal will be reached =)

Chris Seppälä

I have just watched the TT announcement on YouTube, and I have decided to support the project with Patreon. I watched the very first episode of TT, and it became a regular time to watch TV for the whole family. I am pleased that it may be making a return, though without the late Prof. Mick Aston, who I continue admire from the original Team. (I liked Tim Taylor's hat so much that I decided to buy one of my own.)

Daniel Rowley

I'm a recent devotee; Just discovered TT this year. It's fantastic! can"t stop watching. All my personal hobbies and interests in one program.

Marjo Knipe

Joined in and very gladly so! I hope you get to dig very soon and I'd love to take on shovelling some turf away, to make it easier for you! Let's roll 'em sleeves and get some finds! Is Phil going to join the team?I'd miss his wonderful accent and gusto for a pint after a hard day!

Paul Willetts

Hi all, I have also just joined via Patreon, TT was a defining thing in my life but it took until I left the Navy in 2009 to have the time to take it up practically (but as a hobby!). I must say that it has been pretty bleak this last year or so with all my digs being cancelled but fingers crossed eh?

Michael Schneider

I joined up as a sponsor across the pond here in Canada. Have been working my way through the episodes during lockdown. I gave come to really live TT and have great respect for the crew and their talents. I am happy to support this project and would love to see any of these sites explored.

Caroline Shearman

I am very excited! I found out about the Patreon from an Instagram post. I've been working my way through, watching all the episodes while in lockdown here in the Middle East. This is nostalgia come true. Well done to Tim and the team!

David Boon

Excellent news

Karen Woblick

Just joined today - excited to see what develops!

Carl Johnson

Something I really never thought about, was all the permissions that are required. Paperwork and more paperwork. I realize it is necessary, but I just want to see someone dig a hole and find cool stuff. :)

Eggs Ackley

Excellent! Time now to go watch “The Dig” on NETFLIX .

Mara Millman

Wow, impossible to choose, they're all so good ... can't wait to see what's chosen for the 1st dig!

Amanda Hemetsberger

Great news! So excited for this!

Jeff Cole

Is Tony coming back?

Gerard Dalziel

I know which one Phil would vote for.

Penny Screech

Brilliant news! Can't wait for next developments!

Pegasusu

I love Villa digs! The potential for mosaics or something like turkdean!!

Byron Geoffrey Farrow

Awesome news - well done

John Vance

So excited for this!

Paul Middleton

Great news can't wait

Simone Fritzen

Hmmm... Roman villa or Vikings?.... By Thor! I vote for Vikings! :-)

Birna Magnusdottir

Fabulous :)

Mr David J Cable

Such brilliant news! Well done to all the team, really looking forward to the coming stages.

Stephanie Stewart

Turkdean was one of my favorites but any site is fine with me. Whichever has the "best bang for the buck" makes the most sense.

Ian Holmes

And to celebrate I upped my donation to the second level.

Eric Johnson

play it safe ....villa.

Gael Ferguson

Great news - would love to see Stewart back somehow.

Jody Blackwell

Very excited for the new digs!

william monteith

Totally love the village digs and the history sometimes on how its linked in namesake to its past etc....cannot wait

Joel Ward

Village sounds great. Love to see what you could find about daily life there.

Stephen Southworth

An ancient village linked to Viking royalty. That sounds sufficiently (archeologically speaking) sexy to get some publicity though!!

Sarah Holloway

This is wonderful news I can’t wait. It all sounds absolutely amazing .

Matthew Adams

I'm all for the Anglo Saxon (and it is probably nearest to me, too! 😀)

Jean Buckley

🥂

Simone Fritzen

Same here! :)

Stephen Herbert

I am very excited about this! All the sites sound interesting and I’m looking forward to hearing more about them.

Zoe Propper

I am so torn. Anglo-Saxon would be great. But Iron Age is likely to be closer to where I live 🤠

Paul Wilkinson

Fantastic news, I can't wait for this to start up again! A gap in my life will be filled! 🙂

Charlotte Goodwin

I get my wish of Romano Britain! I can wait to tell my classmates and professors!

Dennis

So excited! I am actually watching an old-time team episode as I got this notice LOL
