Hi, if you are logged in to Patreon, first check your profile if you are still listed as a patron. Sometimes there is a problem with payment at the beginning of the month and your access is removed. If you are still listed as a patron on your own profile, check if you see only the "posts" tab or also the "my membership" tab on the top of the TimeTeamOfficial channel. I had the problem recently on a different channel that the "my membership" tab had disappeared and I could not access any patron-only videos. I sent a message to Patreon support, and though I never got an answer except an automatic mail informing me of their office hours, two days later it worked again.

Hi I am cannot listen to or view any of your patron only videos. When I click on them in the email it just takes me to ‘Become a patron’ site ( which I am) and cannot get any further.

I tried both. I suspect it is because my computer and operating system are too old and not compatible with the latest technology, I don't have a "smartphone".
