Hello from Monterey, California! I love Time Team and I'm really looking forward to the new digs! I assume that there is some kind of transition period between the end of the Roman occupation of Britain, and the Anglo-Saxon period. It's not like the Romans all packed up and left in one day. What are the archeological signs of that transition period? How long did it last?

Some random time traveling style questions: if you were Anglo Saxons standing in that field, what do you think it would look like, what would you be wearing, how big is the nearest town, and/or is there anything you'd see around you that was from Roman times or earlier?

One thing I've always been curious is how the new archeologists find it being on camera. Does the cameras and so on change the way they work and/or think about work and in that case how. I imagine a few of the younger once watched TT in their youth so it'd be interesting to hear how they think about it now as adults.
