I love it when Jackie is on a dig! I always learn something new. I work at a museum, and we were planning a new exhibition a few years ago. My boss wanted a section about human remains as sources for knowledge, and had planned to write it herself, but then she had a baby and was on maternity leave for a year. Well, my co-workers looked at me and said: "You can write that, right?" I thought to myself that all I knew about osteology was what I had learnt from Time Team... (But yes, I did write it...)

I'd forgotten about the 'cheese pizza base' comment. It is, I believe, to do with the Keto diet. Low carb, high fat is apparently the way forward...many GPs on board as a weight loss vehicle, & to reverse type 2 diabetes. They are re-writing, the now long held advice re fats & carbs. (rumour has it). But, nothing to do with this, I apologise for digressing in response to the last comment on this great video.
