We're halfway through now, and there's plenty more to come! We've just posted some highlights from Week 2, here on Patreon, with more to follow as the dig progresses. These updates are all direct from the field, either in real time, or as close as possible, to share developments as they happen. At the end of the dig, we'll then wrap up with another live show summary featuring Tony Robinson on YouTube. The complete story will then culminate in a Time Team Special next year (release date TBA). Thanks

Congratulations!! Now that you have the funds.. ;D I would like to see way more of Stewarts work. He can tell us so much from reading the landscape, yet he seems to often only get the footnotes. Now, I don't know how much he manages to actually find for every episode, but it would also be interesting listening to him how he is working when interpreting the landscape and its use over time. How about a Stewart Ainsworth special where he gets to talk about his favourite work and locations?

A great place to visit in South Wales if you like history is the National Museum of Welsh History - an outdoor museum of a large number of historic buildings that have been carefully moved brick by brick and rebuilt there so they can be conserved. Various different periods of history are covered, even prehistory. Quite a few are just examples of homes from different periods, so you feel really close to the lives of the people who lived there.
