The game is genius in its simplicity and its delivery, but the story of its development is even more charming and inspired. Listening to LocalThunk speak reminds me a lot of Garfield describing the origins of Magic, funny enough.

Thanks for putting this out! I am currently at a point in my life where I am now playing through my extensive Switch backlog with my 4 year old. I cannot describe to you the joy and deja vu it brings me to see my son experiencing the same awe, wonder, and fun that defined my own childhood. And in a little cosmic coincidence that also made me smile, he is super into the Mario + Rabbids games. One other thing that popped into my mind while listening, I would be incredibly interested in seeing/hearing what all of your interests are in your room, waiting to be picked up. What they are, why you picked them, what you hope to get from them, etc. Could be fun little mini-clips to pick one or two to highlight periodically!
