Schedule change for the month of May.
🕑 Added 2023-04-30 03:32:59 +0000 UTCHey everyone! First and foremost, I wanted to take a moment and let you all know how much I appreciate your patronage, helping to support my work.
I'm extremely grateful to all of you. And I hope my stories can bring at least a few hours of enjoyment into your weekly lives.
That said, I place a high priority on being upfront and open with you all, through good times and life's challenges!
I had a rough turn recently, but thanks in part to your support, I was able to get the treatment I needed for an injury I suffered (sports accident, insurance minimal, life happens.) The good news is that, so long as I rest the areas injured, I should be okay with (hopefully!) minimal risk of long term impairment or chronic pain.
But since one of the areas injured happens to be my hands, it was made pretty darn clear to me that I have to rest and let things heal if I don't want to impair my ability to write or just move my hands comfortably, for who knows how long.
On the one hand, that's terrible! I make a living writing, and I hate the thought of letting my most loyal fans down.
My hope is that I will be feeling awesome by the end of May and, if my fingers and wrists are happy, blazing out 5+ chapters a week, just as before!
But don't worry, I'm not going to leave my readers hanging when their enjoyment means everything to me as a writer. It's for occasions like this that I try to have a backlog of chapters so that if worst comes to worst... I never leave my fans without something to read!
First off, there will be no changes with the Silver Fox release schedule!
Two chapters will be released weekly, just as before.
However, there will be a slight reduction to the rate of release for the Battleforged Chapters.
I will be posting on Mondays and Wednesdays, but not on Fridays. (Note. This will STILL be 10 chapters released for the month of May!)
This change will be temporary. I plan on releasing 3 Battleforged chapters a week once more by the end of May, hopefully after making a full recovery!
In short, there will be a few less chapters this upcoming month, but it's a temporary situation while I allow my body to heal, and I'm letting you all know as soon as possible.
I'm extremely grateful to have you all as patrons, and I will do my best to be worthy of your continued patronage every month that I write, even if there are times like these when I have to put personal recovery ahead of everything else.

Take it easy, definately not worth making it a life long issue by aggravating it. MS Office has a decent text to speech built in if you start going stir crazy, Dragon naturally speaking isn't too bad either, Im sure Google docs has a working app that is similar.

Sorry to hear about your injury!! Dragon Naturally Speaking software could be helpful for a while. Text to speech on a Mac or phone could work too.
