How can the six kingdoms exile people to an outpost that's now part of another country? Also, if Sam's a maester now, are we supposed to take it that Sam set aside Gilly and the kids? (given the time jump, I'm assuming she had the second one by the end of the episode?). And does that mean Little Sam is the lord of Horn Hill now?
