Thanks for your support!

Oh that's a nice idea.

Great episode on a really interesting rifle which had completely passed my by previously. How advanced it seems in comparison to its era. Thanks for your efforts.

Possible suggestion for Mark on the forend repair - depending on how much interior room you have and desire for it to look like a "period" fix: line the interior with fiberglass cloth held in place with Acraglas on both sides and molded into place with some kind of form. Possibly a right side, then left side, two operation job, but should stabilize that puppy nicely. Not uncommon on semi auto shotgun forends (Rem 1100/11-87 if I recall properly).

David Alexander

Those holes in the magazine though... If it was InRange style fine liquid mud, that could be a problem. Definitely would be fun to find out!

Christopher Dooley

This would be an interesting candidate for a Mud Test. It's pretty well sealed (or appears to be), and maybe the blowback operation means there won't be as many little locking surfaces for crap to work its way into.

Fantastic episode, just loved it. Man I really want one of these. Would love to see Browning/Miroku do a new one.

Zap Rowsdower

I saw one of these in a Gander Mountain that was going out of business. It was marked down to $300, no one knew what it was. I regret not buying it almost every day.

Does EXCELLENT lose its meaning if I use it every time I view an episode? I think I’ve seen this design but knew nothing about it. I’m never disappointed and don’t think I ever will be. Thanks!

Ove Toranger

Thank you - interesting !

Plastic buttplate? Gutta percha, more likely...

I originally thought all the teasing was for the MP-18. I am not a clever man. Excited for part two!

Cracked stocks are the norm with these - A fresh Buffer is a must to help prevent it - The buffer is not easy to change either1

I found a Delux version of this in a LGS, very nice wood, three 5-round mags, 60 rounds of Buffalo Bore ammo. Bought it. This is a very good video on it, convinced me that I won't be firing it, certainly won't try to replace the recoil spring and buffer that many recommend. I'll just admire it once in a while for the oddity of it. The discussion of it's history is invaluable, thank-you very much for that, it is an obscure item.

Lengthy but good presentation. When you discussed bayonets, the first thing I thought of was for crowd control, but that apparently doesn't show up in the records. Thanks for attention to detail.

Sleep is overrated anyway.

Pull up.....we can wait.....

jesus christ im EXCITED

Huzzah and accolades on getting some sleep, now it's no sleep for me tonight in exchange

Peter Starr

You get no sleep and now we're up for another hour or two as well. Yay!
