Interestingly enough, I have a Romanian 1954 Mosin Nagant that uses the same sight adjustment system.

It's a quibble, but my dad, a WWII vet, corrected me when I referred to the M1 Garand he carried as a "gun". "It's a rifle. Get caught calling it a gun in basic training and you'd have to sleep with it." Guns are big caliber stuff.

I wonder why they got rid of the quick 50m adjustment feature on the K98k sights, when it is on other Mauser tangent sights.

57:30 unless the next episode is already in the can please compare the G98 to the K98 in terms of recoil.

These remake videos of the main infantry rifles are excellent.

I suppose we are also getting an update on the Berthiers? They are really old and outdated.

Millimeter, centimeter, centimeter how much difference could one little power of ten make? Hmmm. OK. Maybe it's a wee but significant. But it was still another great look into one of the most influential designs of the (mostly) 20th century.

Great update. Oh, at 53:46, I find it interesting that you guys said the sight buttons stick out 2 or 3 centimeters. Umm, 2 centimeters is about 3/4-inches. That seems rather long. I think you might have meant 2 or 3 millimeters, which is around a 1/10 of an inch. (Yeah, I'm an engineer.

Absolutely awesome.

My party of choice gets reelected to government in Canada and I get a C&Rsenal video as well? Is this my birthday?
