Hey Othais and Mae I have a 1909 Brazilian contract mauser all matching parts with bayonet. I would be happy to send it to you if you guys wanted to do a video in it. It is Chambered for 7mm mauser. I have at least 100 rounds of ammo as well and can supply that too if needed. I will happily send the rifle and ammo as long as I know how and where to send it.

Never have fired a 1917; would love to do so back to back w/ my 1903A3 to really see how they compare. Most pleasant-shooting Mauser I've fired is my '96 Swede; wish I could get a '38 sniper since that is likely the best of all possible worlds [reasonable length, optical sight, bent bolt, and the sweeeet shooting 6.5 Sverige cartridge!]

I like the long format too...when it is necessary

Just meeting expectations.

The lack of recoil on that gun was amazing

I love the shorter episodes more focussed

My favorite Mauser Pattern is still and wil always be the Springfield 1903, 1917 comes a distant 2nd.
