I, on the other hand, fully support their decision to keep contemporary US politics out of their show. If you want gun content that talks about politics and 2A, you have many options in both video and print. If you want apolitical content, there are precious few options.

Hi Othias & Mae, Listening in on these prior podcasts as I was ignorant to content here. Great episode - I too am concerned that I'm thinking that Alex Jones is making more sense and isn't as crazy as I previously thought. :-) Having grown up in the 2A respecting SC, I'm in the 2A infringed state of ILLinois now. While I understand your attempt in remaining 2A neutral, I urge you to use the channel to promote 2A. It's too late to be concerned with 2A infringement after the fact. Keep up the great work. DaveN

Listening to your frustration on bidding on GB is almost as entertaining as Crozier. My strategy is only bidding on things that close when most people are preoccupied or asleep. Closing during the Super Bowel is one of my favorite times.

Congrats on the Forbes article!! I can't help but thinking the closing section, "YouTube's free-market is converting/reverting to Television's format, and will cause Talent to wander elsewhere," could prompt folks in bunnies/finance with no interest in guns to think & raise questions to YouTube execs about the perhaps unintended consequences of their business model. Or maybe cause some entrepreneur to think of ways to sustain & monetize an alternative platform, by forecasting how YouTube will atrophy.

To be fair, a drop from 75 to 35 in 24 hours is a bit of a drastic change. From what I've seen when it turns to winter in places like the Midwest it stays cold for the rest of the season. Here in the South we have "cool" winters with surprise random karate chops to the throat of cold.

I have too much contempt for Google to maintain a Youtube account, so I cannot help you there. I guess I will have to continue supporting you through the PO Box with inspired goodies, paranoid as I am that I have or will screw up the shipping. Now for the real questions, can the diffidence between Mae an Othais’s drives be expressed as a rifle comparison? Perhaps Othais is a Lebel while Mae is a Berthier? And will there be “It’s a Trap" products with the tag line “That thing slapped both my tits?”

Maybe it's because I'm accustomed to these unscripted podcasts, and my intro to you folks was the joint Q&A with Ian, but I didn't find the informality at all jarring. The scripted-ness is perfect for Primer, but I enjoy the light-heartedness also.

Probably because machine guns are flagged as a no-no. I ran into a similar problem in a previous job. For whatever reason, old revolvers don't seem to bother the general public so much. Maybe because so many people have seen cowboy movies...?

I dont know why anyone is even remotely surprised this channel keeps growing. No matter the obstacles or the pressure.
