Which Coleman mini bike do you guys have???? I have the 100cc smaller one and it’s a blast ripping around with my friends in our neighborhood

James McKenzie

More like a determined idiot. :)

C&Rsenal

eh? Who knows.

C&Rsenal

Hero.

C&Rsenal

Old versions don't like variable framerate from modern phones. Have to use Handbrake to fix them.

Josey

Who exactly is "Suzie" and what role if any does she play in the production of C&Rsenal. I've heard that name repeatedly in these videos and yet I have no idea who that is or what they do. We've heard of Othais and Mae of course, plus Ian, Mark, Bruno, Kevin (Trap Videos), and Jay?? perhaps (ammo loading, not sure I got that name correct).

David Axel Hansen

Should I wait to watch the videos untill they publicly, to help them get seen more often?

Robert Santamaria

I became a patron because the pandemic allowed me to work from home so I started saving on commuting costs. That and I thought it was time to put my big boy pants on and actually pay for stuff I enjoy. At the $3 tier my contribution is tiny, but it's very much something that I can keep up with. The reason I support the project is because of the research and presentation of the historical development of the firearms. I like hoarding information, and there's lots of information here to gain.

lovot

Plus as long as you pay it off, you get a credit score boost, you don't always need credit, but when you do it's too late to start building it.

Re: the card-skimmer: I've switched to using a credit card only to avoid having a checking account tied up when a debit card's details are swiped. The only use of the credit card is daily transactions that normally are done with debit/cash. It's easier to dispute fraudulent charges, and no "real money" gets tied up during investigation/card-replacement. Just a thought...

John Thomas

Y'all were up in Raleigh? Sigh. Maybe next time.

Bruce Brodnax

I've said it before, I'll say it again: I normally don't listen to podcasts because talk radio [or its modern equivalent] has always been my bane. You two are the sole exception; for some reason, it's less "listening to some idiot blather whose opinion you couldn't pay me enough to beat out of them" and more "Ahh, some cool downtime relaxing with friends..."

Brock Gouett

I love these podcasts, thank you fir doing them

Simon Tan

Take the money AND the gun. In the case of RIA, they should build you a repro M1911 which can be auctioned off for the show.

History&Coffee

Speaking from personal experience the percussion series was what got me to patreon simply because literally everything else out there on cap and ball revolvers is the same repeated nonsense from the 50s without any kind of citation, then the first thing I saw when I subscribed was the RL Wilson podcast and I was like "this was definitely worth it"

History&Coffee

This podcast had the most King moments of any so far

Jack Boyle

I joined Patreon when I heard about the R. L. Wilson story being behind the paywall, I personally enjoy the podcasts and the commentary on the various bits of the community. Mainly because Mae and Othias are basically rays of sunshine and don’t have any desire to cause drama so they are both honest and at the same time super civil.

John French

I can only speak for myself, but what brought C&Rsenal to my attention, made me subscribe and eventually become a Patreon, was Project Lightening; which I have re-watched several times, the last time just two days ago. I do enjoy your product and have learned a lot that is off interest to me. I also enjoy your offbeat efforts such as the hand traps despite me having no interest at all in hand traps or anything shotgun related. The "craic" you guys have is worth watching. Thank you for the entertainment. I truly wish you all the best with building your Patreon following as I do want this channel to have a long prosperous career.

Drizzle

Right choice about the hotel; if the guy was gacked out and either looking to buy dope or someone to rob not staying there was the correct call. Whether the coppers were called or not, unless he was actively stealing, it'd be an unwanted or suspicious person call, which is not the highest priority call for our dept and probably others. You're right to avoid the 3 Stupids because Othias is right, the best you might have hoped for was slashed tires.

Primarch359

That is reasonable. Have you found any problems with the old versions? How much of an asshole is adobe being to try and annoy you into their new subscription model? I assumed a massive one so I hadn't thought to go the hunt down a EBay listing of the old versions.

Sam Schneider

@c&rsenal thank you! I don't know how I've missed noticing that for so long haha

C&Rsenal

The current link is always at the bottom of candrsenal.com. Click the discord logo

C&Rsenal

It is all adobe, but we are still using old buy it once editions bc I hate subscription software

James McKenzie

I have to say--at the risk of sounding creepier than usual--that part of the charm of these couple episodes of Unloaded has been the intimacy of the ad hoc recording. Thank you for bringing us that sense of connection to all of the orphaned autists in the audience. We appreciate you. <3

Guido Schriewer

gonna laugh. I work safety and security since years. you tell me. stay save. man redneck party sounds good time to me. bet that was fun. and don't forget tobacco again. kiddin.

Sam Schneider

Anyone have a link to the discord they can send me? I might be a moron and missed it a while ago but I can't find it anywhere

John Klear

I just sent my spare copies of books I found when rearranging the shelves off to someone else, so I feel your pain there.

Primarch359

I am curious what programs you use. Photoshoot aftereffects and what for video editing? Not because I think I can help. But I just trust othais to have done his research to know what is best. And I and am looking to do similar things as a hobby. (The plan to get into reloading will definitely have to wait a few years) Does they do the Adobe subscription?

Gage

Hey wait a minute, I didn't snitch on the Oreo guy. I gave him credit where credit was due. Also, he directly mentioned you and C&Rsenal on the 3d print pages he posted on

Gage

I love the hand trap episodes. Not as much as the Gun content, but I dont want the episodes to stop being made

David Hemsath

I don’t understand the antipathy towards the trap thrower videos; I think they’re historically interesting *and* laugh-out-loud funny. I am so jealous of the young man who got the Swedish Mauser at the show.

Nicholas Resar

I signed on to this mess because I love the info in the Primer series. That said, I am far more excited every time I see a new trap video because they are just pure joy and serotonin.

Alden Skinner

Pics of the reorganized book shelfs? I'm pretty anal about mine...

Alden Skinner

Wine actually...

Wayne Dygert

All settled in with my iced tea ready to listen. Thanks

Kerrin Zwart

Thanks guys.
