nope. somewhatless umph than 9mil luger. bit slower and less energy. would love to try a 30luger swiss model though. for sportive/range use,.... should be fun, assume the ammo cost even more than 9mm cause... who shoots 7,65? --love/hate relationship. always kind of liked the looks but actually owning one shooting one regularly.... not so sure about that.

The P-38 replaced the Luger. The Luger was around nearly 40 years before the P-38 was invented. Or so i recall...

at 50:00 Othais tells that the Luger 06/29 was further refined for cost saving and served until after world war 1 (ONE), and was then replaced by the SIG210 in 1948. He should have said world war 2 (TWO).

I don't know if this is worth redoing, but Mae's voiceover in the animation sounds a bit robotic. The words she emphasizes just seem a bit off to me.

The only thing that I saw "wrong" was the fact that Mae seemed to have raided Othias' closet for the shirt. Either you need to separate a bit or joint together in the Voltro-esqce "Mae-thias" bot to take over gun videos. 😀

Nice video. At 50:06 your say the Swiss P'00/29 served until after WWI. Don't you mean WWII? I thought the '29 Luger was the standard Swiss side arm until replaced by the SIG P-210 (as the Swiss military's P49)

The original was not a sports car, just an insanely dangerous bit of thin, cheap steel (bit like the man driven torpedos the Italians 'sunk' 2 British battleships with at Alexandria, which settled on the bottom, so the Axis thought they were OK. If either had heeled over the Allies could have lost the war. Sorry that's nowt to do with the FIAT, let alone the Luger).

Power?! .30 Luger is just under 300 foot pounds, early 9mm Luger was just over per your Red Nine episode. And both are above .38 Special. Or am I missing something?

What I was picturing was an Alfa Romeo (pretty much any model) or the Italian design of the Karmann Ghia body. The Fiat Abarth was sporty (ish) but not a sports car to my way of thinking.

You usually don't get weird, sticky out, bits on Italian sports cars though. Apart from the mad FIAT Abarth 695 SS with it's permanently open hood!
