in re running the forge indoors: I have run both a lead melting pot and a mini forge (not at the same time);) on top of the stove while running the exhaust fan and in the fireplace. To date I have not burned the house down nor fumed up the house. To be honest my ability to time these maneuvers to intervals that coincide with my wife's shopping trips may have contributed to my success to date.

I watch the channel because you do a great job about making a video about an object, not about your impressions about the object. That seems to be a lot harder to do than you might think. Also the real freaks end up here. #simpforothiasandmae!

One of my biggest things about the Kentucky Ballistics SLAP incident was how the Serbu had ZERO gas relief of any kind, something that would've been standard on a manual locked breech from WW1. Not that I'm blaming the gun necessarily, but it does feed into Othais' point about how modern guns are underengineered in some aspects.

Recommend Herrera's weekly? semi-weekly? "cursed gun images" meme review vids; he's got an enjoyable sense of humour! Most of his other stuff I can take or leave. Garand Thumb has gotten into some serious LARPing for his opening "cut-scenes" for his vids, but I generally don't watch much beyond that, I find his vids kind of boring.

Admin is a meme channel. I generally enjoy most of his vids but I can't help but roll my eyes when he gets into historical stuff. A little bit of research goes a long way way to not making you look like a fool.

I like the western style intro. It goes great with the revolver stuff. I’m not skilled in the audio department but i would love to hear an intro taken a bit further with some rawhide theme style whip cracks and classic western sound effects!

I don't watch Garand Thumb or Herrera, but I do enjoy Administrative Results. He's literally just a guy who dresses up as whatever the theme of the video is and has fun. It's not meant to be informative, or sell a lifestyle--like the hand trap series, it's pure entertainment.
