Talking of people from TV breaking things. I review motorcycles. I was lent a £34k ($44k) bike and noticed some damage. The story was a TV crew for a big uk bike related show. Did not know how to strap bikes down right in a van. This lead to them dropping the bike in to the other one they had on loan, while transporting in the back of the van. Imagine dropping a 44k bike in to another one 😶

After going to a number of estate sales and digging through other people's stuff, I have made an effort to get rid of my excess stuff. Books, mostly, but also clothing, DVDs, and probably guns soon. I do not have the research chops to have things like that to be hoarded, but I have some guns others might like and although one of my brothers and a nephew or two might be interested, it's probably time to cast things back into the wild and realize some profit. I know I'll probably lose money, but I'm kind of past the point of worrying about that.

You changed my world with those bloody penguins. I can't look at a magazine any more without imagining penguins. Also, more seriously, I'm a Brit, so it's not my house, but I agree on the principle that laws should be through legislation, not by stealth, no matter how ig/noble the cause.

But, but Othais and Mae, you two ARE changing my world! Prior to watching C&Rsenal, I wasn't as interested in 1) WWI firearms, 2) black powder firearms (along with British Muzzleloaders, Bloke on the Range, and InRange), or 3) watching guinea pigs eat blueberries!

I share this story not to start any political discussions but as an amusing tale of how wrong targetted ads can be. Google figured out that I was watching a lot of coffee content and a lot of historical firearms content. So I started seeing black rifle coffee ads. Problem is I'm literally a card carrying socialist, and I get my coffee from a socialist roaster who sources almost exclusively from farmer co-ops.

I absolutely love this intro! It’s far too accurate for how I spend my evenings watching primers.

That cow is adorable. Thank you

The little marine tangent was great. I needed a good laugh this morning

I appreciate the effort you go to in order to stay apolitical in the show. There's enough drama in the history as it is.
