I did not fall asleep with revolver talk. My wife on the other hand did

I think junkyard digs has a diesel IH Scout revival of you're interested in that kind of thing

We need a full bluray series release of Pete and Pete. Only releasing 2 seasons on DVD was torture.

They are by a weird twist in US law. Radio broadcasts we're not covered until the 70s

Hate to be the fly in the ointment but are you sure the old radio shows aren't under copyright? I tried looking for a good answer but looks like the law regarding sound recordings was written by the ATF - all over the place. But you probably aware of more than I am because of finding old recordings for Primer.

Youβre right I am listening to this at work

Little known fact: the prop house didn't have any notion they'd violated NFA '34 by making a "SBR," and when the ATF [before the "B" or the "E" were tacked on] about it, they ponied up for the tax stamp(s). Wouldn't it be nice if the Fed bois were so amenable about the whole nonsense these days & were just interested in tax collection instead of oppression?

Go after all the bad firearms in TV westerns. Like in "Wanted Dead or Alive" him carring a 92 Winchester right after Civil War with 45-70 cartridges in belt loops.

I did not fall to sleep during the revolver talk. I think a visualization of the revolver mechanisms as a family tree might be useful to help keep track of what came from there, if someone with some graphical design talent could do that.

As someone from the UK who has no exposure to radio westerns, I'm on board with a podcast about them.
