You and I have different definitions of a "small bowl", haha. I’m launching into a big chapter of Cantonese cooking, so I’m glad to add these to the list. Can you please tell us what all goes in the bag of "smooth spice" for the sweet potato soup? Does it go in at the beginning of the simmer?
