Man, talking about Pritzker and Illinois made me sad because I know that's where my state of MI is going, and I'm going to have to do the same thing Sven did. Two years of rolling lockdowns is not something I'm willing to do again. Other than that, I'm enjoying these podcasts now that I finally joined the Patreon!

I’d be willing to bet a Selective Laser Sintering printer using nylon or a similar polymer could make an AUG shell similar to an injection molded one. We use ours for making repair parts for broken skulls and jaws at work out of PEEK and their pretty tough.
