Another point about Berdan primed cases is that they are much harder to de-prime than Boxer.

I thoroughly enjoy your Q&A content but concur with commenters above that you should hold back a couple of hours for use during your most needed vacation time.

RELATIVELY LOW EFFORT CONTENT CREATION IDEA FOR THIS CHANNEL OR DETERMINED IDIOTS: take your response to the black powder cleaning question and play it basically as is over b-roll of you actually going through this cleaning procedure after your next range session. could also make for a good short.
Bruce Brodnax
Good grief, 6 *HOURS* of supporter-only special content?!? You should have saved the other two parts for any time you hit production delays in the coming year & nobody would have been the wiser [nor held it against you if/when they did catch on!] 😄
Bruce Brodnax
WRT the Garand & "... originally went w/ the gas trap" it helps to remember that he probably faced some of the same bias against going w/ a gas port that Hitler later saddled the Wehrmacht with when Germany was trying to come up w/ their own self-loader...
Fred Fredburger
If they're not too closely guarded, I would love to get the occasional recipe for food you guys mention. This episode has me searching high and low for a decent Brunswick stew.
Troy Janda
I had a hang fire with a Remington 870. Unwisely I was shooting up a bunch of old ammo at a shotgun class so I was trying to shoot and pump as fast as possible. The out of battery detonation damaged the lifter to a point that I had to swap out a trigger group, otherwise the gun was unusable.

screw 38acp. how about the 45acp. my heart goes with the 45. unfortunately my wallet likes 9luger better. in a revolver... feels fine. 9 in a semi... not so much.
Guido Schriewer
that would be 06; 30carb; 12gauge maybe; 45acp; 38special (?) to get to units in the 2nd AT LEAST. plus grenades rifle grenades different mortar rouinds still other calibers do other things. like the vietnam pentagon wise kids question. nope there is no such thing as one does it all in particular not with 20-40s technology!
Skylar Keating
I agree as well. Even if you just did it in two releases, with a gun or two in between, that would help yall get ahead without any real loss of content or consistency. Plus, as exited as I was to binge 6+ hours of you guys rambling all at once, some people don't have near the attention span to do that all at once
Stephen
Does anyone else have the audio out of sync with the video?
Robert L. Mahurin
Awesome. Now I have something to listen to for part of my mandatory overtime.
Joshua Herman
Yep. Starts around 21:33 and ends 1:02:53 (in case they don't see my comment on Youtube side)
C&Rsenal
Yes! That will be compiled over the next few days. I'll upload them on a new post.
Kolton Massey
Any chance of an audio only version?
C&Rsenal
Thanks, we'll be able to get that on the re-release!
Jacob Abrisz
Distinct audio hickup at 21:40, might be causing the issue Andrew and Thomas are seeing
Thomas Ross
Yea the audio is out of sync.... I'm watching the same way as Andrew
Andrew Vandenberg
FYSA I have checked from the YouTube app and just watching through the player within Patreon.. I think there is an audio tracking issue that’s starts to be super noticeable around 30 mins in.

I second this. You guys need a vacation. Like an actual vacation. Doing something like this, or having a pre-recorded interview would keep the content flowing but ideally give you some extra time in the production schedule.
Jeff King
Can you use these to gain yourself breathing room? Post 2 hour clips for the second episode each month
Guido Schriewer
by all means... write a revolver development book! you don't need to sleep for a year or two, do you. (I think cowboy pewpew and cops holsters for a loong time).
Guido Schriewer
two hourONE! uhem... 10 parts.. good questions so far.
Romulus
You should have called Q&Mae instead of Q&A
Douglas Killock
OMG Othais has handled a 'live' M14! I'm not sure we need to know this
Douglas Killock
Ya'll have a good one 👍
