Looking back at that day, in perspective, it marked also the beginning of huge changes in my life. I felt so lost back then, I also had so many suicidal thoughts at night. Now I’m 100% free of this suicidal thoughts. I even feel excited about being alive and keep growing (mentally and even physically) I’ve come a long way :)
