After the surgery pain has been slowly getting better. But I still can't do some normal stuff like ride a rollercoaster, ride a bike, carry up something over 5kg etc.

If it impacts your quality of life you are disabled enough. From what you've posted about it it is really not easy to live with, especially with the pain. So you can't enjoy yourself as you'd like. That's disabled enough
