The Great Chicken Overlord
Unless I'm mistaken Ethiopia bought some FN 24s as well
Parabellum
Are you doing a lead up to the Karbine 98K?
Guido Schriewer
bet ya they wasted A LOT of time paper punching. guess there is such a thing as too much statistic.
Bruce Brodnax
Uh, maybe a display of the Nazi part #s nomenclature for the Yugo inventory that last's longer than an eyeblink? Literally, the card starts fading out *before* Othais even begins saying what it is...
Reid Hampton
Belay my last, I watched the rest of the episode.
Bruce Brodnax
The M48 would segue nicely w/ the "We're not just about pre- and WW1 firearms ONLY anymore!" change of theme...
Bruce Brodnax
Hey, that artwork of the assassination of Franz Ferdinand at the 2:40 mark shows Gavrilo Princip anachronistically doing the deed w/ a Dardick [or possibly some other revolver, but admit it, that *would* set the timecops on his trail!] Can we get a pastie of a Browning put over that eyesore? TIA... 😁
Neil Pound
I have a Yugo Mauser I got for $70 bucks at a Gun show many years ago, I love the thing
Cody Vega
I still miss the music when Mae does her demo
Alan Carr
No mention of non bolt hold open follower. It’s obvious in footage. Just not mentioned. Wonder why they didn’t have it.

I am extremely excited for the interwar Mausers because I do not have a great understanding of the timeline. What fn did and what Germany did in less than above board manner.
Guido Schriewer
Uuh. 1924. welcome to the inbetween years. en route to the 2nd and A LOT more episodes! hopefully. those 24ck kick some, huh. bloke would say those are lively girls (who could dislike that, I wonder). the bolt handle looked great with that curve to it though.
Nick Siwak
Sling Skittles 😆
Reid Hampton
Isn’t the receiver also a different diameter? In between the “small ring” and “large ring” mausers? Possibly from FN trying to lighten the 98 pattern?
J Coles
Great show as always
Cameron Rankin
Oh that's a fun one. Think there's any chance of a continuation for the 24/47 and M48+M48A?
