If the shorts are entertaining, people will watch them even if they're just ripped straight from the episode.

I asked the AI about the term for a special doner for a college subject. It returned this: "A person who donates to a college to support a particular subject is typically referred to as a philanthropist, donor, or more specifically, a benefactor."
Tim Graham
Like the idea of monthly announcements.
Chris Marchi
Sorry I didn't see u guys at the Greenville Gun Show.

Honestly my biggest issue with sounds were the chair and the film projector clicking

An idea for college based executive producer term, "Dean's List".
Elijah Miller
I think a secondary "extra credits/curriculars" channel for short form content is a very good idea for growth. You could put the trap series, minute of Mae, and the ideas you talked about here there. I do think that yall have something unique to add into the 10-30 minutes presentation space do to the quality of your research and your discerning nature. You could also make them using old research and bring views back to old primers.

If you're going for an academic angle: Board of Trustees
Travis Kelly
Like the row of presidents used to be

On PBS there were the the funding ads that said "brought to you by grants from xyz foundation". So try calling large 1 time donations 'grants' for executive producers? Sounds collegiate and academic; theres always sone kinds private funding for those projects

Love the new update. Stay the course
Jack Fairbrother
I really love the new theme. I was smiling the whole first 30 minutes or so. I think it worked out for the best that there’s no tv because it would have been too busy. And I love that green because it’s pretty much identical to most of the classrooms in my high school. All of the lay out really reminds me of those rooms in that 1920s building

Y'all are missing the obvious [forest is invisible for all the trees in the way syndrome]: You put "Today's Lesson: XXXYY" on the chalkboard, of course! You can leave off the episode #, etc that's in the opening credits; just the name of the firearm will be enough reminder. That way, if someone has to pause & comes back later, there's no momentary cognitive gap of "What's Othais talking about again?"
Glenn Miller
I'll always chuckle watching episodes knowing that Othias doesn't have any pants on... OK, I know you said he's wearing shorts, so I'll think of Dungeon Crawler Carl.
Tim Black
Lovin the pics!
Paul Beck
But I suggest you look into the "Texas Parks and Wildlife" video series for some ideas regarding your presentations!!! 🤠👍

I too don't like the 'chairs' sound. In practice, students would get up and stand around the desk rather than pull their chairs forward...those behind the front row wouldn't see anything if they remained seated. If you want to pull an audience in close then either say 'gather round' or zoom in, then say, 'go back to your seats'. Just a thought... I know that you have put a LOT of work into this so please tell me to Foxtrot Oscar if I am offending you ;-)

I think you are on the right track. Or maybe, "brought to you in part by a generous donation from so and so." And maybe add, "supporting (something to do with firearms or history). And by you the viewer."
Michael James Blum
A page frame with cheesy black-and-white sponsorships around the edges, only partially visible: towing services, malt shops, garages, etc. ... just to give the "back of the yearbook" feel?

Another idea is to write the executive producer’s name on the chalk board, like a teacher would write homework on the board.
James Hayden
For Executive Producer: ala PBS - "This episode is also brought to you thanks to a generous endowment from the (insert name here) Foundation"
J Coles
About the executive producers you could do it as class credit announcement
Cameron Phillips
I think people were wanting pictures of famous gun designers above the blackboard, about the same height as the speaker.
Crashing
Another on theme would be on chalk board Next chapter is ……… MAS HSc.

Factual error was a date/number issue. Said one thing, showed something else

Adjunct or Associate Professor for Executive Producer?
Mr Explodey
For the executive producer section, you could look at how some schools show their local sponsors on signs, banners, boards, etc. and incorporate something like that you could cut/pan to for the episode. Or incorporate into the background, perhaps in the Maeversation section. Maybe even a "__ Person of the Month" type of thing. "Extracurricular Contributor" or something. I'd also say having the names of patrons in a rolling credit thing at the end of the video, but I think I remember y'all saying you didn't want to do that for one or two reasons. Only thing I could say to that is I think you'd get a good number of people who'd want to do it just to see their names at the end. Just as a "that's neat to see" kind of thing.
