July Release - SR6 Alpha 3 (ESP32) Release
🕑 Added 2021-07-09 19:53:41 +0000 UTCThis is the official release of the hardware and software needed to upgrade your SR6 to use an ESP32 DevKit v1 microcontroller.
This new firmware uses the Arduino IDE and is USB-only, but offers significant performance improvements over the previous version, which was written for the Romeo BLE mini.
Other than a new tray to mount the ESP32 there are no hardware changes to the current SR6 Alpha build. The next update will be SR6 Beta.

Super stoked for the Beta, I just joined recently and am a somewhat tech fiddly sort, but am new to the physical side (haven't worked with servos and such) so excited to try my luck at building the SR6 Also just as a note it is damn near impossible to find posts about your designs without attaching your name to the search, Was looking for info on suggested premium parts but have come up with basically nothing. Getting my printer in a couple weeks, do you recommend I print and build the OsSR2 first before the SR6

Pretty sure it was said a post or two back that there will eventually be.

Are there any plans to make a version of the OSR2 that uses the ESP32? I haven't built an OSR2 yet, and it'd be nice to have a new tutorial that uses the cheaper ESP32.
