Hey Kabaob and welcome! Thanks for your comment. Thats an interesting thought, I love Struthless videos. Pretty convincing.

Thanks for your feedback Christophe! Yeah I definitely agree the values aren't helping at all the way they are.

Hey there, I cannot watch often your streams due to time issues, but i have been actively following your work and your massive improvement over the months. This piece looks great and I instantly identified it as a Josh piece, as in facial structure and incredible feeling of volume in space. I feel values could be better distributed between background and character ( may be a darker value for the bg), but at my level that is all i can say. overall this painting looks Imo amazing, please keep up the work and i will try to keep up as well! you are such a great motivation for me :) ( i know, selfish comment)

i love these!! i'm a new patron btw - hi there! regarding your question of whether or not you should post: i learned recently from Struthless (another amazing creator who mixes in a lot of mental health themes) mentions that if your art is at least 70% complete (he called it the “70% rule”), you should post…especially if that was your intention from the beginning..to share to the IG community. plus! you can always rework it later, and continue to improve. overworking is the death of us all. we're all guilty of it. I personally like seeing the evolution of a person’s style on IG. It shows that they are human and always open to improving and honing their craft. I understand having a style is an important component of bringing in the “right” clients, but sometimes its nice to see an artist who is a little flexible in terms of art direction. but if you absolutely dislike it in a few weeks and want nothing to do with it...the lovely shiny 'archive' button on IG is always handy if you do decide to post. :)
