You're a gifted (but slightly bratty) magesmith, a creator of magical items. With a reputation for accomplishing the impossible and a residence in the safest city in the empire, life is good. However, one fateful night, a vampire sneaks into your room and kidnaps you! She's desperate for you to make her an important item, and you quickly learn she has anger management issues. The only way she can convince you to help is by revealing her true identity and promising something she doesn't want to give.

Glad you liked it Rick~! I thought there was a nice balance too~! I've been watching lots of Old Startrek and it's totally influencing me. I love it when characters have conflict for good reasons as opposed to just like, one of them being a jerk~

I loved listening to this one and the fact we're a bit defiant. Also love the balance of the speaker character - not an "I always win/get what I want" attitude nor an "I always fumble/fail" attitude. Both of these character are great. I actually hope, if they find common ground in the end, they stay more friends or "tolerant" of each other than falling in love. Oh man, if they do just stay tolerant of each other then get their own mates later, the story can be revisited as their mates meeting each other on a random adventure. They'll not even know until they start talking about what their mates said about the other's mate. The more I think about it the more interesting/funny it gets.
