That cellar dweller comic looks pretty terrible. There is like no plot or storyline.

There's actually a pretty catchy punk song called necrocomicon

I was kinda bummed that Jeffrey Combs was only in the beginning because that was the only reason I watched it. Also, Eerie comics and HBOs Tales from the crypt had used the theme as well.

Brandon, making my patron worthwhile.

If Teenage Bottlerocket can use “nerkrocomicon” in a song you can too. Also, apparently "mullet guy" is the CEO of paramount now?!

Nice a Brandon video on my birthday.

I’m very high and noticed at 10:30 there’s a slight boob scene. You might want to remove that before posting it to YouTube so it doesn’t demonetize the video.

Okay the Necrocomicon line was a solid hit, it can stay. I remember this from an 'every movie Jeffery Combs was in' movie marathon and honestly, it was the one most people used for a bathroom break. I caught most of it and really, the comic art in it was pretty neat to see and the monster is very well designed and brought to life.

Why didn't Band make a sequel? Whether or not he wanted to, he couldn't. Empire Pictures was collapsing in 1988. By the time Cellar Dweller was released in the US in late 1988, Band had already sold the company. Band formed Full Moon in 1988, and Puppet Master was the first Full Moon release in 1989.
