I remember being spooked by the backcover of the VHS! Then after sometime from witholding, I saw the film a few years ago and the brain itself is both one of the most horrifying and hilarious creature designs I've ever seen. If there was an alternative timeline where Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III were a somewhat accurate adaptation of the Turtles in Time game, Golden Harvest would rent the design of The Brain for Krang and terrify a generation of kids.
