Thanks for doing this one. While not my favorite, it falls firmly in the middle and I do enjoy it. And have watched it at least 5x or more. And will probably watch it a few times more.

Again, nit-picking the science in these movies is a fool's errand, but I have to point out that it really was a time wormhole that the first Dimension Tide test opened up. Believe it or not, giant dragonfly "Meganeura" really were a real thing back in the late Carboniferous Era, a little over 300 million years ago... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meganeura Obviously the whole size thing and hive-sacrificially-energizing-a-new-queen were inventions of kaiju genre, but you have to start somewhere, right?

Brandon, I'd REALLY love to see you at some point review the 1976 Dino De Laurentis "King Kong" movie

I know it’s completely pointless to question the science of any Godzilla movie, especially a movie that doesn’t realize that not only do black holes have mass; they are the most extreme version of mass in the known universe. So rather it being shot like a laser pointer/bullet somehow?…. It would actually fall, and keep falling until it hits the core of the earth, and the entire planet is inverted to the size of a dime with Godzilla included. Pretty much all of science fiction treats black holes the same way. But I have to ask how did the microwaves not destroy the mini-robots? Or the metal lid it all took place in? The plastic spoon didn’t even melt?!😵💫
