Where I've Been π¦
I've been healing. On a bit of a self discovery, self actualization, self journey phase. It's hard to put it all into one word because I've been doing so much. I've been learning and reading a lot. Studying human psychology and behavior. Studying emotional intelligence. Navigating my own feelings and thoughts. Uncovering my trauma. Learning how I was designed. My patterns, my habits, everything. It has been the most rewarding saga of my life. And my goal is to share it in more detail as time goes by.
It was absolutely necessary and long overdue as... I believe I was in a gray space of potential sadness, depression, anxiousness, and a myriad of other feelings based on lack of self awareness. It hurt like hell and at moments I felt like I was losing myself. Thankfully, I had a therapist to help guide and navigate my feelings, thoughts, and emotions. I also shared a lot of my discoveries and learnings and journeys with The Omniverse gang.
This is only the tip of the iceberg. I'll add more details later.
What's Next? π§

I'm launching a new channel called The Omniverse. The idea and goal of this channel in a sentence is do the opposite of what the main channel does; instead of talking about the Outside World and other external events I'll be talking about our own Inside Worlds. It's the Yin to my Yang. A way to tap into the outside world to know what's happening around us. And then a way to disconnect and tap into ourselves with topics like mindfulness, self-actualization, emotions, thoughts, mental health, relationship advice, etc.
I feel like everything has been leading me to this channel. I love my main channel (more on developments on this later) but I felt like something was missing. This new channel is exactly what I feel like I haven't been able to explore properly. The combination of both, for me, feels like it completes how I want to exist on YouTube. And I'm very excited to get started.
The Main Channel β
I want to take my time and make more well-versed videos for a bit. A part of my self-discovery phase was me realizing that I have some trauma when it comes to working and surviving. Being in that survival mode, I believe, has stifled my ability to create content with a more lasting impact.
Don't get me wrong. I love the drama and the tea and yapping about bullshit.
But now I want to do it with more finesse and preparation and intention. tl;dr Lower quantity and hopefully higher quantity.

You guys are the only reason I've been able to take time to actually reflect. I've been doing this full-time for almost 5 years and I have never once taken an extended break at this level. Truthfully, I was burnt out but not just from creating but from life itself. And I didn't know it.

I'll be including more updates periodically as well as pictures of Indi & Chase. I've also opened a few slots for The Omniverse. I've had this tier locked and limited by the amount of people that can join in order to keep the community small. I'll be announcing that I'll be allowing a new wave of people to join in the video but you guys in the Patreon get first dibs.

Thanks, man. It's interesting because I feel like I've been thinking about you guys in the same way. I want to offer comedic relief and support. I'm also growing but it's weird because I felt like my content hasn't always reflected that. And I'm hoping now I can show that growth. I appreciate you watching over me gang. No para~

Being perfectly honest brother, it's been a long while since I last watch an Omni vid, not because I lost interest nor anything (life, work, etc), but when I'd see the Patreon renewal come in, I always knew that I wanted to keep this going bc your content and who you portray to be seems genuine. Not trying to get parasocial, but that shit helps and I appreciate that I kept up long enough to see you reach this point, even if it was from a distance. Can't wait to see more positivity from you after first seeing you during the "crazy cringe smash bros drama" days lol you've grown a lot dude. Keep it up and stay determined.

Love to hear about healing. If something traumatizes or disrupts our past, it can be hard to heal from that. Glad to hear youβre coming to the other side of the pain healed and more enlightened.
