“Come on, silly, I found you the juiciest slice to eat,” Lena called out with a sinful grin and beckoned Kara with a flirtatious raised brow. She wasn’t talking about the watermelon, and Kara could only gape when Lena sat down and parted the towel to give her a quick flash of her coated cunt.
There was only so much Kara could take, and with Lena behaving like that, she knew it was a matter of when and not if they would get caught messing around with each other. Kara limped over to the table, finally softening from the peril they faced. She grabbed three sandwiches to stuff into her mouth after Lillian returned with the platter, both because she was hungrier than usual and because she was terrified of having a conversation with their parents.
“So, tell us all about your first year of college,” Eliza prompted and spooned big helpings of potato salad out onto their plates. “It’s such a wonderful time of exploration and I hope you both learned more about yourselves and your interests.”
“Kara sulked in her dorm for half of the first semester,” Lena shared, behaving more like a friend and less like a supportive girlfriend as she patted Kara on the shoulder. “It took her a few months to feel comfortable in her skin again after she presented as an alpha, but she’s started to come into her own now.”
Kara shrank down towards her plate at the innuendo, avoiding Lillian and Alex’s looks that promised at the very least dismemberment of some kind.
A breeze picked up across the water, and Kara hoped it wasn’t a sign from the universe that her relationship was doomed when literal dark clouds rolled over her ominously.

At some point I will write a fic where they're both alphas or omegas (although the former has been requested more times than the latter? So probably both alphas). 😂 But yeah, I agree with you on that point, though that doesn't mean the Alex of BDE necessarily would. Though the Alex of BOE would!
Yeah, with more people in the house, they're certainly at higher risk for the family finding out about their relationship. Especially with Kara being such a spaz. I'm excited to write how it all plays out. 😊

I will reiterate my point, from an earlier chapter when Lillian implied that she expected Kara would have been an omega and not an alpha horny for her daughter: Them both being omegas or both alphas would not have stopped them, *at all*. They both wanted each other before either presented.
No. No dark. No clouds. No dark clouds. Much like Kara I find myself wondering when they’re going to get caught too. Subtly isn’t exactly Kara’s strong suit and the risk of being caught only encourages Lena. It’s a recipe for disaster and I know it but for now I’m going to live in my little bubble of ignorance and pretend that everything is going to be okay.
