TE-66 Alba
🕑 Added 2023-02-04 20:49:13 +0000 UTCHere's a peek at a pair of renders for a brand new TE fighter that is the likely candidate for release this month. While the fighter is mostly complete these are still WIP renders, as I have a bit more detail greebling I plan to add. If the weather cooperates and finally warms up (it's been consistently under 20 degrees for some time now) I'll be running test prints for this one soon.
At the moment it's tentatively (as the name may change) named the Alba, which is actually a Native American arrowhead name (Mississippi region). The nose of this one very much looks like an arrowhead or stiletto style dagger. Obviously this one is supposed to be of the same design lineage as the Stiletto but it's not the same fighter. The TE-66 is more of an interceptor with a pair of bigger beefed up engines compared to the size of the airframe, unlike the Stiletto fighters. Quite like how this one turned out so hopefully it will yield a really nice looking fighter in printed form. I'll be working on more fighters this month, so once I have stuff to show, you'll all get to see it.

Glad you're digging it, I'm quite happy with how it turned out :) It looks to be printing quite nicely as well, I just posted a small collection of photos of the first two test prints. It's looking like this one will probably be this month's release fighter with the full art package. Best!
